About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced developer who’s used to working with web technologies to join our fast-moving websites team. The successful candidate will be an excellent frontend developer(Preferred with back end knowledge), with a solid track record of delivering on major websites. They’ll be expected to work closely with the middleware development teams, SEO, and content teams to ensure that our website is best in class. The Websites team is responsible for the CMS system on which all of our client's websites are built. These sites are key to the business and see upwards of 2 million hits a week. Furthermore, in a fast-paced development environment, you engage with agile method, adaptive frameworks, and the frontend development strategies to fulfill deadlines and be keen to follow best practices and suggest areas for improvement. What you’ll do: Conceptualization and application of AEM-based enterprise content solutions Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical issues, and defects in AEM implementations and optimize AEM solutions. Unbiased development and implementation of product innovations Design, develop, and maintain back-end features in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using Java, Sling, OSGi, and other AEM-specific technologies. Develop custom AEM components, services, and integrations to meet business requirements. Implement efficient workflows, content replication, and versioning strategies within AEM. Working on Springboot application and AWS. Handling CI/CD pipeline. Conduct code reviews, employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse. Using REST APIs or GraphQL to load material. Mentoring team members and participate in pair programming and extreme programming. What you will need for the role: 8+ years of experience working in a client-facing development team with strong experience in Java with AEM knowledge (Front end knowledge is preferrable). Strong experience as a senior front end developer in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations. This role requires a solid understanding of Java, AEM’s architecture, JCR, Sling, and OSGi, Services, Components, Dispatcher, caching systems along with an ability to integrate AEM with third-party services. Front-end skills, along with knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Spring Boot, and AWS, will be a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer centricity, and ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
