About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate R&D Executive to join our New Product Development team in Mumbai (Worli). You’ll play a key role in researching, developing, and launching innovative bakery products that delight our customers and keep us ahead of the curve. Key Responsibilities: Research market trends and propose new product ideas. Develop and test recipes for bakery products, including fruit fillings, glazes, and related ingredients. Conduct lab trials, pilot batches, and support production scale-ups. Maintain detailed documentation for formulations and trials. Collaborate with Production, QA, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful product launches. Evaluate raw materials and suppliers to maintain quality standards. Provide technical support during trials and commercialisation. Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements. Requirements: 2–5 years of R&D/NPD experience in the food industry, preferably bakery. Practical experience developing fruit fillings, glazes, or similar products. Good knowledge of bakery processes, ingredients, and production equipment. Creative, hands-on problem solver with strong documentation and communication skills. Why Join Us?
