Business and Commercial handles the Supply Management function in our company. It is a key contributor to the company's competitiveness and performance by managing materials used by the organization efficiently and effectively. The function is responsible for procurement and management of raw materials, consumables, and services for the organization. Insurance Renewal Management: Evaluate and manage existing insurance policies of group, including but not limited to property, liability, and employee benefits insurances Float RFQ, compare, evaluate, and negotiate insurance quotes, policy placements to ensure optimal coverage and cost-effectiveness. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks, liabilities, and areas of exposure. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks. Claims Management: Work closely with relevant departments to provide necessary documentation and information for claims processing of policies such as Fire/ Project/ Marine/ Travel etc. Monitor claims to ensure timely resolution and proper reimbursement. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular MIS reports and presentations on insurance costs, claims, and risk management activities, etc Submit monthly Stock / transit declarations. Reconcile CD statements for insurance payments and confirmations. Facilitate Finance Reporting and monthly Accounts closing activities. Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that insurance coverage aligns with the company's objectives.
