The Role: Manager/SM Operations - US Mortgage Origination Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead an Account / Multiple LOBs consisting of processing, and closing (up to 80 to 150+ team members) Motivate and lead teams to success using recognition, team building activities and positive reinforcement Oversee production and quality expectations are sustained to achieve monthly business goals and quality service levels Hold daily/weekly huddles with all Team Managers, including Pipeline Manager, Quality Manager, and Performance Coaches to discuss trends, gaps, best practices, process changes and/or areas of focus in achieving production and quality goals Conduct monthly sessions with Team Managers to review performance of team and any actionable items Review internal and external audit reports and call monitoring and work with Performance Coach / managers to conduct individual coaching or team training as needed; address any concerns with manager/team member, if needed Manage P&L and ensure Revenue and profitability targets are met Skills Required: Minimum 10+ years origination background with management experience Preferable End to end origination experience within past 2 years, especially Processing Functions Ability to lead varying levels of skill sets across multiple teams and must have led teams consisting of 100 + staff size Acts as a champion for the customer/client, ensuring decisions and actions help achieve their goals Ability to manage risks while ensuring optimal value and outcomes are achieved Demonstrate a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results Ability to develop and align the talent needed to meet business goals Strong analytic, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills Qualifications & Experience: Any Graduate Minimum 10+ years origination background with management experience Preferable End to end origination experience within past 2 years, especially Processing Functions
