Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist at ZillOut located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with nightlife and F&B venues, promoting ZillOut's solutions, driving revenue growth and executing account management activities. Job Responsibilities ✅ Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services ✅ Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets ✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships ✅ Prospecting, cold calling, setting up meetings ✅ Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends ✅ Maintain a clean and organized CRM ✅ Work collaboratively with the sales & ops team to optimize performance Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills Relationship building and Communication skills Experience in the nightlife, events or restaurant industry Knowledge of technology solutions for venues Ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong negotiation and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience with CRM software is a plus 4+ years of work experience Location: Mumbai Compensation: 6-8 LPA and travel allowance.
