Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor and Tele Caller located in Jaipur. The Student Counsellor and Tele Caller will be responsible for providing information and counselling to potential students regarding our classes, maintaining records of student interactions and follow-ups, conducting outbound and inbound calls to engage with students, handling inquiries and resolving issues, and assisting with admission processes. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the teaching staff and administration to ensure a smooth enrolment process. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Aptitude for providing student counselling and support Experience in tele calling and handling inbound/outbound calls Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in an educational setting is a plus
