Role Description As a Consultant for the Murrel Fish hatchery, you will bring expert guidance to all aspects of hatchery operations. This includes overseeing breeding programs, monitoring water quality parameters, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and biosecurity protocols. You will work closely with on-ground teams to optimise hatchery output, improve fish health and feeding practices, and support staff training. The role also involves reviewing and implementing protocols, identifying operational improvements, and providing regular performance reports to guide decision-making. Ideal Background A background in aquaculture, fisheries science, or hatchery operations is ideal, but we are open to considering individuals with practical experience and results in similar domains.
