Working closely with the Merch team to author and maintain product and performance data CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Product Data - o Data and record maintenance of new product developments as well as repeat product orders, special and pre orders, collab products o Performance tracking across sales of said products and report generation • Data Analysis and Updation - o Harvesting of stock and sales data specifically related to informing buying, designing, and developing intelligence. o Designing and preparing data point reports o Keen ability to use data points in an agile and responsive manner to fully inform the development and buying process. • Common Departmental tasks – o Design tagging of inbound stock o Stock/product requirements for photography campaigns and special promos. SKILLS: • Agile data sifting, analysis and reporting - Strong knowledge, proven track record and mastery of data recording, analytics and reporting tools including Excel and Power BI, as related to a fashion merchandising/buying sandbox. • Excellent communication, collaboration and retail perceptive skills to be able to interact with a wide variety of partners – from inhouse teams and external weavers and local vendors, to brands and collab partners. Communication languages: Tamil, English, Hindi • Background in textile, preferably in the woven crafts sector • High sense of organization and an aptitude for process creation is essential. QUALIFICATION: − 3-5 years Fashion Management or relevant work experience − Background (academic or career related) in handloom products & luxury craft is a welcome plus.
