Experience: 5+ Years Location: Faridabad Education: BTech - Mechanical CTC: 15 LPA Key Responsibilities Lead and communicate quality goals, policies, and programs across teams. Own and maintain the local Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO and API standards. Support regulatory compliance in product complaint handling, adverse event reporting, and product field actions. Drive continuous process improvements on the shop floor to reduce defects and improve output. Contact customers and liaise with Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) to address quality concerns. Identify, lead, and mentor improvement projects to enhance production quality. Collaborate with Technical Improvement and Operations teams on process changes. Ensure quality of all in-house manufactured products. Implement and track key quality metrics to drive performance. Promote and apply Lean Manufacturing practices focused on quality. Conduct and support internal audits and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proven ability to coach, manage change, and build high-performing teams. Working knowledge of manufacturing and quality operations. Education & Certification Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or a related field. ASQ Certification in Quality Management preferred. Knowledge of ISO 9001, API standards, and audit methodologies.
