Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for an Academic Counsellor specializing in online degrees and certifications. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized counseling to students, assisting them with academic planning, career counseling, and online degree program guidance. Day-to-day tasks include conducting student consultations, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with educational institutions to ensure students are supported throughout their academic journey. The role also involves conducting information sessions and workshops. Qualifications Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills Strong Communication and Academic Advising skills Experience in the Education sector Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field Experience in online education counseling is a plus
