Based in *Bangalore*, we are a fast-growing startup passionate about solving real-world problems in healthcare delivery by equipping hospitals, clinics, and labs with digital tools that bridge the trust gap between care providers and patients. ### *Role Overview:* We are looking for a *Sales Executive / Manager* with prior experience in *health tech platforms*, who is driven, strategic, and capable of building strong relationships with healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain understanding, strong networks, and a consultative sales approach. --- ### *Key Responsibilities:* * Drive *B2B sales* by acquiring hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs for the Docbrella platform. * Understand client pain points and position Docbrella’s value proposition as a *trust-building, patient-first digital platform*. * Engage with decision-makers (hospital administrators, CXOs, department heads) to close sales deals. * Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through *value-added services*. * Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and lead-generation strategies. * Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer needs. * Continuously gather market insights and competitor intelligence. * Provide post-sale support, drive onboarding, and ensure long-term engagement with clients. --- ### *Candidate Profile:* * Minimum *4–5 years* of proven sales experience in the *health tech / med-tech / SaaS healthcare* industry. * Prior experience in selling platforms or software solutions to *healthcare institutions* is mandatory. * Strong understanding of the *healthcare delivery ecosystem*, patient engagement models, and B2B selling techniques. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * A consultative approach to selling, driven by solving customer problems. * Ability to thrive in a *startup environment* – fast, flexible, and focused. * Comfortable with travel across Bangalore and surrounding regions as required. --- ### *Nice to Have:* * Existing network of hospital or clinic administrators and healthcare decision-makers. * Background in digital health tools (EMRs, CRMs, patient engagement apps, etc.). * Experience with long sales cycles and solution selling in complex environments. --- ### *What We Offer:* * Opportunity to work at the intersection of *tech and healthcare* to create meaningful impact. * High ownership, fast growth, and close collaboration with the founding team. * Competitive compensation with *performance-based incentives*. * An inclusive, innovation-driven work culture. *How to Apply:* Send your resume to with the subject: *“Sales Profile – Docbrella”*
