Join our dynamic team to assist Sr. Business Analyst P&C insurance in managing exposures and refining premium risk estimation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our insurance ecosystem and collaborate with solution experts. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify product requirements specific to P&C insurance. Translate requirements into user scenarios and stories, maintaining documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. (SDLC). Manage and update product backlogs, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory standards. Facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Product Quality Assurance Evaluate product quality, incorporating feedback to enhance maintainability, scalability, and performance. Develop and maintain checklists and scorecards to assess product readiness for the P&C insurance market. Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and compliance. Client Engagement & Market Insight Act as a subject matter expert (SME) during product demonstrations, RFIs, RFPs, and client interactions. Support product implementations by addressing requirements, feedback, and production support requests. Conduct market research to inform product development and prioritize backlog items. Develop comprehensive product documentation, including manuals, help files, and client presentations. Required Skills & Experience Domain Expertise Extensive experience in P&C insurance. Proficiency in handling risk data, including ingestion, scrubbing, modeling, and aggregation processes. Familiarity with geospatial tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) for location management and geocoding. Understanding of probabilistic and deterministic modeling methodologies. Technical Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Insurance, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics. 5–8 years of experience in P&C insurance, reinsurance, or related fields.
