This role involves managing performance marketing strategies, analyzing data, and ensuring the highest return on investment (ROI) for advertising budgets.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Advertising (AMS), strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to drive sales and brand visibility in the competitive Indian e-commerce market.Key Responsibilities:1. Amazon Advertising Strategy & ExecutionManage campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and Amazon DSPA/B test ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targetingIdentify growth opportunities via keyword and competitor analysis2. Campaign Optimization & Performance AnalysisDaily monitoring of performance and optimization of ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and CVRImplement and refine keyword strategies to reduce wasted ad spendUse analytics tools (Amazon Console, Pi, Helium 10, etc.) to track KPIs3. Budget & Bidding Strategy ManagementDevelop manual and automated bidding strategiesAlign ad spend with business objectives and ROI goals4. Keyword Research & Market AnalysisConduct keyword research and competitor analysisLeverage Search Term Reports and Market InsightsCreative & Content OptimizationCollaborate with designers/content teams for high-impact creativesOptimize messaging for engagement and conversion6. Reporting & InsightsGenerate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on campaign performanceProvide strategic insights to internal stakeholdersSkills & Requirements:4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon AdsProven track record of improving ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVRExperience with Amazon Advertising Console, Seller/Vendor Central, Pi, Helium 10, Perpetua, Pacvue, Sellics, Jungle ScoutStrong analytical mindset and Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP)Knowledge of SEO, CRO, product listing optimizationStrong communication & reporting skillsExperience with Amazon DSP and programmatic advertisingKnowledge of Indian seasonal/regional shopping trends (e.g. Prime Day, Diwali)Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): Pixel setup, audience segmentation, ROAS optimizationGoogle Ads (Search/Display/YouTube): Smart bidding, campaign scaling, conversion tracking
