Your Role Lead the conceptualization, design, and deployment of advanced electronic and embedded systems for transformative ultra-fast charging and intelligent EV platforms. From intricate hardware assemblies to cutting-edge IoT-enabled solutions, you’ll drive innovation across devices with sophisticated electronics, sensors, and control architectures—not limited solely to batteries or charging modules, but any high-complexity system that pushes EV tech forward. What You’ll Do Architect and develop complex electronic systems involving multiple subcomponents—power management, actuators, smart controls, and integrated sensors for next-gen EV and charging infrastructure. Lead full hardware lifecycle activities: design, schematic capture, PCB layout, debugging, prototyping, compliance, and reliability validation. Solve multidisciplinary challenges in signal integrity, control systems, electromagnetic compatibility, and data acquisition. Integrate and optimize sensor networks and real-time processing for actionable insights and operational excellence. Develop robust, scalable embedded firmware for performance, cybersecurity, and seamless IoT/cloud communication. Collaborate deeply with mechanical, software, and IoT teams to deliver fully coordinated product solutions. Stay abreast of emerging electronics technologies, standards, and best practices to keep InfinityX at the cutting edge. Foster an environment of experimentation and innovation—encouraging creative solutions and rapid cycles of prototyping and testing. What You Bring 3–5 years’ professional experience working on advanced electronics for complex systems—experience in automation, robotics, automotive, or industrial controls highly valued. Demonstrated hands-on leadership in end-to-end development: hardware, firmware, and system-level integration. Proficiency with embedded C/C++, circuit simulation, PCB design (Altium, Eagle, etc.), and rapid prototyping. Experience integrating sensors, real-time data acquisition, and networked embedded systems. Strong foundation in EMC/EMI practices, safety, and compliance for electrical/electronic systems.
