Job Description The role of a Store Manager would be that of a dynamic and experienced resource to lead operations and manage our store. The ideal candidate should be smart and presentable with an eye for detail, and the ability to manage a high-value retail setup while ensuring excellent customer experiences. Would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Store's operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, inventory, and visual merchandising, to overall ensure a positive customer experience and achieve sales targets. They would also be involved in implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability. • Oversee visual merchandising to maintain high aesthetic standards • Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures • Ensuring Store compliance with company policies and procedures including hygiene and safety. • Mentor, lead and motivate a team of subordinates including stylists and consultants. • Manager inventory and supplier coordination. • Ensure achievement of Store revenue sales target of 1.5 Cr to 1.8 Cr/year. • Maintain high value and premium customer service experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for store operations and design consultations. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Graduates from reputed colleges. NIFT-qualified candidates are a plus. • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in retail or furniture-related sectors. • Prior hospitality or high-end retail industry experience with higher end brands in the role of Floor Manager or Store Incharge is highly desirable • Strong exposure to fashion, décor, or furniture retail. • Sales-driven with consultative selling abilities. • Presentable and smart with a passion for interiors, F&D and Customer interaction. • Proven track record in managing floor operations and meeting sales targets. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to manage inventory and ensure store standards.
