We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Specialist Manager to lead project-based sales for our plywood and wooden doors portfolio in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, building strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and developers, and ensuring brand specification and order closures in real estate, hospitality, and institutional projects. Business Development: Identify and target upcoming residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Develop strong relationships with real estate developers, architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and contractors. Drive brand approvals and product specifications into BOQs and tender documents. Project Sales Execution: Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure timely quotations, samples, mockups, and delivery schedules. Conduct site visits and follow up for project execution and order finalization. Negotiate project orders and drive closures to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Experience: 5–10 years of project sales experience in building materials (preferably plywood, doors, laminates, veneers, or allied sectors). Skills: Proven track record in project-based B2B sales. Strong network with Mumbai-based developers, architects, and contractors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to handle high-value deals and multiple project timelines. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel within Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Own vehicle preferred.
