OCM JOB DESCRIPTION- SAP Change Management Consultant Key Responsibilities: · OCM lead with experience 5 + years in SAP Environment and should have good understanding of SAP OCM with Activate · Candidate should be good in Stakeholder Analysis & OCM Charter Preparation · Creating OCM organization must be on priority skill · Good in Preparation of survey questionnaire · Conducting the survey with business owners · Readiness Assessment Report · Organizational strategy and objectives · Analysis of current state and future state · Identification of Sponsors and Business · Communication Management is appreciated · Defining the scope of the system to be re-designed & Evolve a vision statement · Educating organizational members · Developing change structure · Conducting the socio-technical analysis · Implementing recommended changes · Evaluating the changes · Identifying target groups for training & Conduct training activities · Resolving Conflicts and Act as Risk Manager
