About the Role RiskBerg Consulting is seeking a skilled and motivated cybersecurity professional to lead and manage projects in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) . This is a client-facing role for those who can balance technical understanding with seamless project execution and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end implementation of GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and DPDP Manage timelines, deliverables, and execution for VAPT projects Coordinate between technical consultants and client stakeholders Track project milestones, risks, and documentation across engagements Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and compliance reporting Act as a central point for client communication and internal alignment Ideal Candidate Profile 2-3 years of hands-on experience in GRC implementation and/or VAPT project delivery Good understanding of security frameworks, risk controls, and VA/PT methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong coordination and team leadership capabilities Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar Why Join RiskBerg?
