We are looking for a talented Senior SEO Executive & Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive our clients' organic search strategies. Job Overview: The Senior SEO Executive & Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search performance for our clients. This role involves managing SEO campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with other departments to integrate SEO best practices across all digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Developing and executing comprehensive search engine optimisation strategies to achieve business objectives. Monitoring and analyzing website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation. Collaborate with content creators and other marketing teams to develop and optimise high-quality, keyword-rich content for improved organic visibility. Manage the team for link-building activities to ensure quality links from reputable sources. Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as content, design and product, to ensure optimal content performance. Help the team identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the web development team to implement solutions for improved website performance and user experience. Help the team conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of competitors in search rankings. Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make data-driven recommendations. Stay abreast of emerging SEO trends and technologies, exploring innovative approaches to enhance our SEO efforts further.  Collaborating with marketing teams to integrate SEO with other digital marketing initiatives for cohesive campaigns. Technical audit (Also, inquiry form testing), Content Audit, UI/UX Audit. Business Research - Study the entire website, Competitor analysis, business proposition, and Industry Research. Keyword research with appropriate tools & keyword mapping. Keep a track of traffic sources & users + keywords rankings. All the trackable elements (CTAs) on the website need to be tracked using GTM & GA. Analyze GA, and GSC data and create strategies to improve keyword rankings & traffic. Meta-titles + meta-descriptions + H1, Alt image tags, and Canonical tags need to be compiled in a report. Create schemas and suggest on-page recommendations. Google My Business creation & optimization. Push for reviews from employees & customers of the client on appropriate review websites. Target the approved keywords in Blog topics on the website + GMB + off-page. Analyze the link structure of the website, internal & external linking. Create Monthly Performance Reports based on website traffic, keyword rankings and business insights. Create a lead tracker sheet to capture leads & client feedback. Inter-Team Coordination. Trends Spotting & knowledge updation. Marketing funnel creation in GA4 and optimisation of user journeys on the website.
