Job Title: Product Manager – AI/Healthcare Platform Location: Remote / Hyderabad (Flexible) Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiner Preferred Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of a cutting-edge AI-driven healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthtech and AI/ML product ecosystems , with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and translate complex clinical and technical concepts into user-centric solutions. You will own the product roadmap, coordinate execution across engineering and data science teams, and ensure successful stakeholder alignment and market readiness. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for AI/LLM-powered healthcare solutions. Work closely with clients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to define high-impact use cases and product requirements. Translate user needs into detailed user stories, product specs, wireframes , and acceptance criteria . Collaborate with teams across LLM/RAG pipelines, vector DBs , and deployment infrastructure (AWS, Hugging Face, Lambda Labs) to ensure timely and quality delivery. Lead sprint planning, product demos, retrospectives , and release cycles in Agile environments. Define and track KPIs, success metrics , and user feedback loops to guide product decisions. Ensure alignment with HIPAA and healthcare data compliance standards . Partner with SMEs and clinical advisors to validate solutions with authoritative sources (e.g., CDC, WHO, PubMed, NICE). Maintain up-to-date documentation in JIRA, Confluence, Notion , and Miro . Skills & Qualifications: 6–10 years of product management experience , preferably in healthtech , AI/ML , or enterprise SaaS platforms. Strong understanding of Generative AI , LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows. Proven track record of managing AI product lifecycles , from concept to delivery. Experience in cloud-based infrastructure and tools (AWS EC2/S3, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.). Familiarity with agile methodologies , team collaboration tools, and stakeholder reporting. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work across engineering, QA, DevOps, data, and SME teams to execute a unified product vision. Preferred (Not Mandatory): Exposure to HIPAA-compliant product development. Experience with LLM performance evaluation , prompt engineering , and model fine-tuning .
