As we expand our team, we're actively seeking an experienced Brand and Social Media Strategist to join us in creating impactful and engaging digital campaigns. Position Overview: We're looking for a talented and results-driven Brand Strategist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in running end-to-end social media campaigns across platforms (paid marketing on Meta is a plus!) and Branding projects across industries. Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Campaign Execution: Develop monthly marketing plan for various accounts including content calendars, profile optimisation, paid and content-driven strategies that drive results Ability to establish and manage client relationships well Work closely with graphic designers to curate visually captivating content in line with brand voice and tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Exhibit expertise in crafting engaging short-form videos & Reels. Devise and implement content strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends. Conduct thorough social audits to stay abreast of industry dynamics. Responsible for ensuring timely posting of content with appropriate sound Platform Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the latest features and updates across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Remain vigilant about emerging trends and potential opportunities within social media platforms. Constantly on the lookout for optimising content to drive optimum results using latest features, trends, etc Content Writing: Develop compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Comfortable in adapting with brand’s tone of voice to develop written content that resonates with their target audience Branding: ProDevelop and define brand strategy, including positioning, value proposition, tone of voice, and visual identity, aligned with business goals. Translate brand vision into actionable creative briefs, working closely with designers, writers, and cross-functional teams to bring brand stories to life. Conduct brand audits and competitor analysis to identify whitespace opportunities and refine brand differentiation. Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms, campaigns, and collaborators. Guide logo development, typography, colour palette, and asset design to craft a strong and cohesive visual identity system. Strategise and oversee brand launches or rebranding initiatives from concept through to execution across online and offline touchpoints. Ensure brand consistency across content, campaigns, product packaging, digital presence, and partnerships. Collaborate with leadership to evolve the brand as it grows—adapting the narrative for new markets, audiences, or product extensions. Monitor brand health metrics and audience perception through feedback, engagement trends, and digital analytics. Analytics and KPIs: Utilise analytical skills to monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts. Responsible for creation and delivery of month-end performance reports. Other Requirements: Mumbai based with ability to work hybrid with a flexible schedule, including half-day Saturdays. Proven experience working across and leading multiple accounts - at least 5-6 (simultaneously) Demonstrated track record of success in conceiving and executing impactful social media marketing campaigns. Experience working cross-functionally and directly with graphic designers and monitoring and providing feedback while managing timelines Exceptional communication skills with confidence in client communications A natural storyteller with a profound grasp of brand communication & marketing dynamics. Excellent in working with deadlines and understanding priorities Must be a natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude Team player mentality with strong leadership attributes.
