Role Overview As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful execution of complex digital transformation projects. You will be responsible for aligning client expectations with internal delivery, and ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are maintained — all while managing multi-disciplinary teams across design, technology, and content. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple accounts. Define and maintain scope, timelines, and resource plans. Collaborate with design, tech, and strategy teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Act as a primary point of contact for clients; manage communication, expectations, and escalations. Run daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned. Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports. Monitor project health using KPIs and ensure timely risk mitigation when issues arise. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital agencies or consultancies. Excellent understanding of web/app development, UX/UI workflows, and CMS/CRM platforms. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
