Position Overview We are looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join our dynamic creative team at our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a passion for animation and design, capable of bringing ideas to life through compelling motion graphics. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy agency environment and is eager to grow their career through hands-on experience and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, brand stories, and social media assets. Work closely with the art directors, copywriters, and video editors to translate briefs into engaging visual narratives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to push the boundaries of motion design. Design clear and impactful storyboards that guide animation direction and video structure. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining creative integrity. Support the post-production process by editing, animating, and optimizing visual content. Required Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on experience in motion design, animation, or video production. Strong command of Adobe After Effects is essential. Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute visual content with attention to detail and a strong design aesthetic. Familiarity with current design trends, digital formats, and best practices for motion graphics. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a creative, supportive work culture.
