We cover several major global destinations, offering a diverse range of interests such as safaris, cruises, honeymoons, gastronomy, adventure, rail journeys, self-drive trips, and milestone celebrations. Our clients, including HNI families, A-List Bollywood Celebrities, and EO and YPO Forums, seek an exclusive and personalized approach to exploring the world. We are seeking an experienced Luxury Safari Specialist to design, coordinate, and manage high-end safari journeys for our clientele. This role combines creativity, meticulous planning, and deep destination knowledge to deliver exceptional service and one-of-a-kind experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Tailor bespoke safari itineraries for high-net-worth individuals, families, and small groups across Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, Rwanda, Zambia etc). Offer expert consultation on destinations, camps, lodges, wildlife seasons, and conservation experiences. Build close relationships with clients to understand their interests, travel history, style, and expectations. Liaise with DMCs, lodge partners, and guides to secure the best accommodations, transfers, and experiences. Ensure seamless logistical planning, from charter flights to private guides, visa information, and special requests. Monitor and manage trip details from inquiry to post-trip feedback Stay up to date with product knowledge, emerging destinations and hospitality trends in the safari world. Assist with proposal writing, client presentations, and visual itinerary creation. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience planning luxury international travel Must have experience in planning Safaris to destinations in Africa Knowledge of key safari destinations and luxury camps/lodges Exceptional client service and communication skills with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs. High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and the ability to multitask under pressure. A strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling – ability to craft journeys that are both meaningful and beautiful.
