Your Mission Drive growth on both sides of our platform: Onboard hotels with our SaaS tools and NDC distribution network Sign up corporates, travel agents, and TMCs to book via Plato Educate and drive adoption of our contract, credit, and payment automation tools Key Responsibilities Supply-Side (Hotels) Pitch Hobse’s SaaS platform and revenue management features to independent hotels and chains Conduct product demos highlighting live inventory, contract enforcement, commission automation, and payout tracking Ensure smooth onboarding and configuration of hotel profiles Demand-Side (Corporates/Agents/TMCs) Identify and onboard B2B hotel buyers with recurring or high-value booking requirements Present the benefits of direct booking, credit terms, loyalty, and audit trails Work closely with partner agents to help them onboard their hotel networks into the ecosystem General Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and demo to closing and onboarding Achieve monthly growth and engagement KPIs Collaborate with onboarding, product, and support teams for smooth handover Provide feedback on market trends and customer pain points What We’re Looking For 3–8 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, travel tech, or financial automation Proven ability to close deals and onboard enterprise accounts Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales (e.g., owner, GM, procurement head, travel desk) Strong communication, negotiation, and demo skills Comfortable with CRM tools, reporting, and field sales if required Startup attitude: self-driven, fast-learning, and result-oriented Preferred Backgrounds Hospitality SaaS (channel managers, CRMs, revenue tools) Travel Management / TMC SaaS (e.g., corporate travel platforms) B2B Fintech, especially in payout or reconciliation systems Sales roles in OTAs, GDS, or large travel aggregators Perks & Benefits Competitive salary + uncapped performance incentives High-growth startup with exposure across product, ops, and leadership Work directly with the founders and build the next big disruptor in hotel commerce
