About the Role We are looking for someone who can plan content campaigns and take full ownership of Defy’s presence across all social media platforms — from post creation to publishing and community engagement. Key Responsibilities Create and manage a monthly content calendar Design effective campaigns across platforms Write captions and post copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Design simple, clean static posts and carousels using Canva or similar tools Repurpose longer content (e.g., blogs or proposals) into posts and snippets Maintain consistent brand voice and visual tone across platforms Monitor and respond to basic comments, DMs, and post engagement Support blog writing and SEO-friendly content when required Coordinate with founder for upcoming campaigns, announcements, or events Candidate Requirements Strong writing skills — clear, natural, and adaptable to platform tone Comfort with Canva or other tools to create clean, minimal visuals Understanding of how content flows across Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Ability to work independently and meet weekly content goals Attention to detail in both visuals and copy Interest in tech, agriculture, or startup sectors is a plus Prior experience in content, social media, or brand communication.
