Job Title: UAT Tester Experience Required: 4 to 8 Years Location: Clean Room Facility (Onsite) Company: Zelis Healthcare Job Description: Zelis is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Tester with 4–8 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have experience in executing and managing UAT cycles for healthcare or financial platforms and must be comfortable working in a secure clean room environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to understand product requirements and create UAT test cases. Design, develop, and execute detailed UAT test plans and scenarios. Identify, report, and track defects and inconsistencies, ensuring thorough documentation. Validate end-to-end business workflows, data integrity, and system integration. Ensure deliverables meet business and functional requirements before go-live. Work from a secure clean room as per compliance and data confidentiality guidelines. Provide daily updates, raise blockers early, and support business users during UAT cycles. Required Skills: 4 to 8 years of experience in UAT, QA, or related testing roles. Strong SQL Experince Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail). Excellent documentation and communication skills. Experience with Healthcare or FinTech systems preferred. Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks. Additional Requirements: Must be able to work onsite from a clean room environment. Adherence to strict security and compliance protocols. Availability to work in time-sensitive and regulated testing windows
