About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven agency experience to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and a passion for crafting impactful designs across digital and social platforms. You will play a key role in shaping brand identities, marketing campaigns, and social media presence through compelling visual content. Key Responsibilities: Visual Design & Branding: Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and branding touchpoints. Create brand guidelines and design assets that ensure consistency across all communication materials. Lead the visual identity design for campaigns, social media, advertisements, and internal branding initiatives. Social Media & Campaign Design: Design scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Stay up to date with digital trends and ensure content is aligned with platform best practices. Collaborate with the video/motion team to integrate graphic elements into reels and videos. Creative Collaboration & Ideation: Work closely with content writers, video editors, and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and creative direction for client and in-house projects. Provide design leadership and mentoring to junior designers when required. Project Management: Handle multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining design quality. Ensure timely delivery and consistency of visual assets across all channels. Organize and maintain a well-structured design file system for ongoing and archived projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of experience in a graphic design role (Agency experience required). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and InDesign (Must Have). Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. Experience in designing social media, print, and digital marketing. Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
