Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our on-site engineering team in Erode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design of electrical systems and should have a sound understanding of automation technologies including PLC and SCADA. This is a hands-on role that involves design, development, and problem-solving within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, and schematics based on project requirements. Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools. Select appropriate components (MCBs, relays, contactors, PLCs, etc.) for system integration. Program and configure PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems. Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and other electrical design activities as per industry standards. Coordinate with project, production, and purchase teams to ensure design accuracy and timely execution. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations. Troubleshoot and support during panel testing, commissioning, and post-installation phases. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven knowledge and experience in Electrical Design and Design Engineering . Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering principles and circuit theory. Working experience or strong understanding of PLC/SCADA programming is a major advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar design software. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience: Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in electrical system design and control panel manufacturing. Exposure to industrial automation, drives, and instrumentation. Why Join Us?
