The company is a manufacturer and marketer of pet food and pet wellness products. The products are first of its kind in India and ushers a new generation of products for the pet care industry. Job Description – Marketing Manager (3-6 years’ experience) Conceive, strategize and operationalize communication and promotional strategies Should be a compulsive story teller Lead, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition with the help of partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Manage the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media Oversee the planning and execution of events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility Conduct market research to identify target audiences and assess market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns (including performance + social media campaigns), providing regular reports and insights to senior management  Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and contribute to revenue targets Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity, including logos, packaging, and other visual elements, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand strategy. Lead brand-related activities for new product launches, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy. Develop web, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and other communications effectively with corporate support teams. Establish goodwill and build relationships within the community and with partners Facilitate content creation that can be used on different mediums online. Brief teams internally and partners on various tasks to fulfill marketing objectives.
