We are seeking Legal Associates to join our legal team in Chandigarh . The role involves handling a diverse range of legal matters, including: Key Responsibilities: Drafting and vetting legal documents, petitions, and pleadings. Appearances before various forums, including Punjab and Haryana High Court, RERA, State and District Consumer Commissions, NCLT and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies. Conducting legal research and analysis. Case management and regular client updates. Requirements: LL.B. degree from a recognized institution. 2-7 years of experience in litigation and legal drafting. Proficiency in drafting, research, and case management. Strong understanding of procedural and substantive laws. Ability to handle multiple cases across different forums.
