Job Description: PCB Design Engineer (5–10 Years Experience) We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing complex, high-speed multilayer PCBs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, and Allegro, along with a strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance. Key Responsibilities: Design and layout high-speed, multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer, OrCAD, and Allegro Perform schematic capture and translate system-level requirements into robust electronic designs Conduct signal integrity and power integrity simulations to validate board performance Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC and regulatory standards during design Apply DFM and DFA principles to ensure efficient fabrication and assembly Collaborate closely with hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated solutions Support prototype development and perform hands-on testing and validation using tools like oscilloscopes, function generators, and NI DAQ systems Select appropriate electronic components and create accurate footprints Maintain version control and documentation for schematics, layouts, and BOMs Understand and support PCB assembly processes including SMT, THT, reflow, and wave soldering Required Experience: 5–10 years of experience in PCB design and development Strong practical knowledge of industry tools and PCB manufacturing processes Tools & Instruments: Altium Designer, OrCAD, Allegro, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Function Generator, NI DAQ This position is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable hardware designs.
