Location: On-site - Powai, Mumbai Handle incoming leads and enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms. Conduct initial counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend/convince about our offerings. Make outbound calls on cold data and curated data (when available) to convert prospects into active leads and sales opportunities. Follow up with leads consistently and maintain a high conversion ratio . Maintain an accurate record of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly. Coordinate with the counselling, application, and visa teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery . Meet and exceed weekly/monthly and quarterly sales/enrolment targets . Keep up-to-date with global education trends , application deadlines, and admission processes across major study destinations like UK. Represent the company in webinars, seminars, and virtual events when required. Provide excellent customer experience and build lasting relationships with students and parents. PERSON SPECIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, counselling, or a related field. Prior experience in the overseas education or EdTech industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written . Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in using CRM tools , MS Office, and other productivity platforms. Willingness to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
