We are seeking an Institutional Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and expanding Doodhvale’s presence in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) segment. This role will involve identifying potential business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within this sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new HORECA clients by understanding their dairy product needs and providing tailored solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel, restaurant, and café owners/managers to drive business growth. Work closely with the sales and distribution teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of dairy products to clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the sector. Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to maximize profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Track sales performance, report key metrics, and provide insights to improve market penetration. Stay updated on competitors and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the HORECA sector or FMCG industry. Strong understanding of the HORECA industry and its specific needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
