Vacancy: 1 Location: Chennai CTC: 5 TO 6.5 Mode: On-site Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing Meta and Google campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing marketing efforts to drive growth and achieve KPIs. Day-to-day tasks will include managing Meta and Google and collaborating with sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. What You'll Do : Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Manage full-funnel marketing strategies for lead generation, acquisition, and conversion—tailored to EdTech audiences Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and continuously iterate to improve CAC, ROAS, and CPL Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to design compelling ad creatives and conversion-optimized landing pages Implement A/B testing strategies across creatives, copy, and targeting Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, especially in the education and online learning sectors What We're Looking For : 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing Prior experience working with EdTech clients or companies is strongly preferred Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills Understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion rate optimization, and user segmentation Qualifications Experience in performance marketing, including paid search, social media advertising, and display advertising Strong analytical skills and experience in campaign performance analysis Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms Ability to develop and execute performance marketing strategies 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
