Work Days: Monday - Saturday Responsibilities: Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the sales team. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. Enthusiastic towards customer’s query solving and escalation handling. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field or any graduate. A minimum of 0 -02 Year experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
