· Manage Director’s travel arrangements · Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing. · Maintain records of Director’s contacts. · Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate. · Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director. · Assist/support Director, Development Manager & Communications Manager in arranging funding partner and other events. · Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority. · Supervise all Trust incoming/outgoing mail. · Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director. · Supports client directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, project coordination, delivering presentations, answering calls, etc · Ability to interact with high profile clients and executives · liaising with staff, suppliers and clients · carrying out specific projects and research Liaise with local authorities such as Development Authorities, Urban Local Bodies, Municipal Corporations, and Town Planning Departments. Handle end-to-end processes for construction plan approvals, land use conversion, zoning compliance, and occupancy certificates. Prepare and submit documentation for approvals (e.g., building plan, fire NOC, environmental clearance). Follow up with departments to ensure timely clearances and resolve any objections or notices. Build and maintain relationships with key officials in regulatory bodies.
