Job Title: Test Delivery Manager Experience: 18–20 Years Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Test Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-level testing engagements, drive strategic QA initiatives, and ensure flawless delivery across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in functional and automation testing, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end testing delivery across large and complex programs, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Define and implement test strategies aligned with business goals and technical architecture. Lead teams across manual, automation, and performance testing, with a hands-on approach when needed. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand the landscape and deliver value-driven solutions. Guide teams in using Selenium, Appium, Windows App Driver, and basic scripting with Python. Ensure best practices in Agile QA, including sprint planning, defect management, and continuous improvement. Provide mentoring, coaching, and technical oversight to test leads and engineers. Must-Have Skills: 18–20 years of total experience with at least 8–10 years in a test management or delivery leadership role. Proven track record managing large QA teams and high-stakes testing programs. Strong understanding of functional testing , test processes , and Agile delivery . Hands-on knowledge of Selenium , Appium , Windows App Driver , and scripting in Python . Expertise in reporting, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. Experience in formulating and executing test strategies for enterprise systems. Good to Have: Exposure to Gen AI concepts or Agent-based automation (e.g., test agent creation, refinement). Familiarity with automation frameworks and toolchains beyond Selenium (e.g., Cucumber, TestNG). Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
