We are seeking a proactive and creative Website & Digital Media Manager to enhance our online presence and drive digital marketing initiatives. Job Summary: The Website & Digital Media Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, management, and optimisation of our website, along with overseeing digital media campaigns. A passionate, curious, creative and data-driven marketeer and digital thinker with 4–5 years of hands-on experience across brand marketing, content, performance, and website management. This role involves collaborating with various teams to align digital efforts with organisational goals while ensuring a high-quality user experience. Key Responsibilities: Website Management - Planning & Implementation: Lead the planning, implementation, management, monitoring, and upgrading of the website. - Brand Collaboration: Work closely with agency and management to ensure website content and design align with brand strategy and organisational standards. - Quality Assurance: Ensure website quality, efficiency and user experience by conducting regular test plans and performance evaluations to ensure the agency is in sync with brand identity. - Traffic Growth Strategies: Create and execute strategies with the agency to grow subscriber bases and improve web traffic metrics. - Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry best practices and monitor competitor websites to identify opportunities for enhancement. - Experience on Wix/Shopify platforms Digital Media Campaign Management - Campaign Creation & Launch: Manage the creation and launch of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. With experience in target marketing and converting it into sales. - Performance Monitoring: Campaign monitoring, performance analysis, and conversion development to drive client success. - Account Maintenance: Perform account maintenance duties, monitoring pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns meet budget allocations, escalating issues as necessary. - Status Reporting: Monitor and manage campaign status, providing regular updates. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in website management and digital media campaign execution. - Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
