You will be responsible forpartner engagement, growth initiatives, and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution , working closely with internal teams to drive business success.Key ResponsibilitiesRegular Partner Engagement & Relationship Management Maintainregular cadencewith existing partners through structured check-ins and business reviews. Act as a key point of contact, addressing partner queries, providing support, and ensuring smooth collaboration. Strengthen relationships to improve partner satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.Partner Growth & Expansion Identify and executegrowth opportunitiesfor partners to increase revenue and market penetration. Develop tailoredpartner success roadmaps , ensuring alignment with AiSensy’s strategic goals. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams tooptimize partner offeringsand maximize impact.Partner Growth Programs & Enablement Design and implementstructured partner growth programsto enhance engagement and productivity. Provide training, insights, and resources toequip partners with the latest product updates and best practices . Monitor partner performance andidentify areas for optimizationthrough data-driven analysis.Partner Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Work closely with partners to develop and executejoint GTM strategies , driving demand generation and revenue growth. Align partner marketing initiatives with AiSensy’sproduct launches, campaigns, and market trends . Collaborate with internal teams to ensureseamless execution of GTM activities .What You Bring 3-6 yearsof experience inPartner Management, Account Management, or Business Developmentin a SaaS/B2B tech environment. Proven track record ofmanaging and growing existing partnerships . Strong understanding ofB2B SaaS, CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service), WhatsApp Business API, and digital marketing solutions .
