Key Responsibilities:B2B Sales: Identify and generate leads within the moving, furniture, and logistics sectors. Reach out to potential business clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Present service offerings, handle negotiations, and close new contracts. Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure repeat business. B2C (Residential) Sales: Handle incoming customer inquiries related to home relocations. Provide quotes, explain services, and guide customers through the booking process. Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings. Assist with scheduling and coordination with the operations team. General Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records using CRM systems. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently. Stay updated on market trends and customer needs. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience (B2B, B2C, or both). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with outbound calling and cold outreach. Experience using CRMs and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office). Self-driven, organised, and goal-oriented. Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
