Position details: MUFG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resource Manager to oversee MGS contractors who are part of the CIAM and SIEM & SOAR teams. The Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that the offshore team meets performance standards, and aligning their work with the company's strategic goals. Roles and Responsibilities: Team Management: Oversee the offshore contractors, ensuring they are meeting their job responsibilities and performance standards. Coordination: Facilitate communication and cross functional collaboration between offshore contractors and onshore teams, including engineering, IT, and business units. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess the performance of offshore contractors, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary. Resource Allocation: Ensure that the offshore team is adequately staffed and that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with offshore vendors, ensuring that contracts are adhered to and that the quality of work meets MUFG's standards. Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on the performance and progress of the offshore team to senior management. Compliance: Ensure that all offshore operations comply with MUFG's policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for offshore contractors to enhance their skills and knowledge. Job Requirements: Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including products such as Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk. SIEM & SOAR Elastic or Splunk or Cribl, Torq either of them (3 yrs). AI & ML. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team, experience handling a team size of 5-10. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
