You’ll be responsible for independently managing ad accounts, strategizing and optimizing campaigns, and handling client communication without hand-holding.This role is perfect for someone who understands business goals and translates them into high-performance campaigns across paid media channels.Key Responsibilities:Plan, launch, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display, Shopping).Strategize full-funnel media plans aligned with the client’s goals (ROAS, CAC, CPL, etc.).Conduct regular performance audits and competitor analysis.Build and structure campaigns: audience segmentation, creative briefing, A/B testing, budget allocation, and conversion tracking.Proactively identify optimization opportunities to improve KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPAs).Independently handle client communication — reporting, strategy discussions, performance reviews, and growth planning.Coordinate with internal teams (creative/content/analytics) for smooth execution.Stay updated with the latest ad trends, policy changes, and platform updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–4 years of experience running and scaling Meta and Google Ads accounts with substantial budgets.Proven track record of hitting ROAS or lead gen targets for eCommerce and/ D2C brands.Hands-on experience with campaign setup, pixel setup, audience building, retargeting, and conversion tracking.Strong analytical mindset – must be comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and performance data.Experience using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Shopify, and data studio.Excellent communication and client management skills – must be able to lead calls and present performance insights.Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts independently.Good to Have:Experience with platforms like Snapchat, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.Exposure to creative testing frameworks and CRO.Experience managing junior buyers or freelancers.Cultural Fit:We're looking for someone who not only thrives on performance but also aligns with how we work:You respect timelines, stay organized, and take ownership without needing to be chased.You openly share wins, red flags, blockers, and even when something isn’t working—early and often.You plan ahead, anticipate needs, and stay one step ahead with implementation and strategy.You live in the numbers.
