Open Academic Positions We are inviting applications from qualified and passionate individuals for the following roles: Assistant Professor Associate Professor Instructor Librarian Available Disciplines Aeronautical Engineering Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME – B1.1 / B2 with DGCA Module Expertise) Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mathematics Chemistry Library and Information Science ‍ Role Overview These are full-time, on-site positions involving active engagement in teaching , research , academic administration , and infrastructure/resource development . Faculty members are expected to contribute meaningfully to the institution’s academic excellence and the advancement of aviation education. ✅ Key Responsibilities Faculty: Deliver lectures, tutorials, and hands-on lab/practical training. Guide student projects and academic development. Develop and participate in funded research and academic publications. Assist in curriculum enhancement and lab development. Support institutional initiatives and events. Librarian: Manage physical and digital library resources. Assist students and faculty in research access. Maintain cataloguing, database, and acquisition systems. Plan procurement of academic resources (books, journals, e-resources). Eligibility & Desired Skills Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability in the relevant field. Ph D preferred (mandatory for core engineering disciplines). For AME Faculty: Valid B1.1 (Mechanical) or B2 (Avionics) license, or extensive DGCA module expertise. Prior experience in CAR 147 Basic/Type Training organisations is highly desirable. Instructors must hold a relevant degree/diploma with hands-on experience. A librarian must have a degree in Library Science or equivalent, with digital proficiency. Strong communication , interpersonal , and organizational skills. A proven publication record and industry exposure will be a strong advantage. Ready to shape the future of aviation education?
