Then you should join Modarchs Consultants Chennai (MCC) which is a boutique design firm focusing silently on high quality design projects. The firm has designed a lot of landmarks in South India and is known in the industry for its design detailing for user experience and efficiency of services and building sustainability. All members of the firm irrespective of the experience are involved in the design process and work directly with the Founders & Principal Architects. This allows knowledge share and training amongst all the members of the firm. The team members involvement determines the quantum of their learning in the firm. The job entails working directly with the two the Founder & Principal Architects with a combined experience of over 60 yeaers. The founders are keen on building the next generation leaders of the firm. We are looking for candidates with good interpersonal skills and effective communication for the position of Project Architect. The architect should have a key eye for design and detailing. The candidate must be hard working and willing to take responsibilities. Key job activities include 3 D visualizing, detailing of concepts, preparation of detailed construction drawings and interfacing with Clients. We are a looking for a team player with a long term commitment. We do not have have a fixed mindset on salary package and are looking for the right candidates who are committed to learning and delivering the responsibilities. Responsibilities Detailing of concepts 3 D Visualization Preparation of detailed construction drawings Coordination with site Client and vendor coordination To use the current technology to the best. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture or design or higher Having a good exposure to design ideas Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Enscape, Lumion design software Work experience of at least 2 years or more. Have worked in result oriented environment. Note: We would like to have a personal interview.
