Specialist – Investment Strategy & Research We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the growth of our OCIO Portfolio Intelligence business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in investment consulting and portfolio analytics for Insurance and DB pension scheme clients. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Portfolio Intelligence Team responsible for designing and implementing leading investment analytics tailored to each client using Mercer’s best ideas. Work with global teams to implement efficient, high-quality strategies. Model financial risks and review regular risk reports. Intermediate experience in Python, SQL, Excel, and VBA is a strong plus. Proven experience in automation and data wrangling. Basic understanding of financial instruments, including fixed income, equities, and funds. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a related quantitative field. Familiarity with standard risk measurement and management metrics for portfolios. Strong communication and content writing skills.
