Use psychometric assessments, surveys, and feedback tools to monitor employee satisfaction and identify organizational issues. Conduct confidential one-on-one counselling sessions with employees experiencing work-related or personal difficulties. intervene appropriately or recommend external support when necessary. Develop and deliver wellness programs, workshops, and seminars on topics such as stress management, work-life balance, and mental health awareness. Provide crisis intervention support and referrals in case of serious mental health concerns. Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of employee wellness initiatives. Facilitate group counselling or workshops on stress management, conflict resolution, work-life balance, etc. Travel to various plant sites on a rotational basis to provide on-site counselling and conduct mental wellness assessments. and offer tailored support. Build trust and rapport with field employees and supervisors. Be available full-time to support employees facing high pressure, sedentary work, performance anxiety, or interpersonal conflict. Coordinate with HR to design wellness programs, resilience training, and organizational support systems. Train managers on psychological first aid, early signs of distress, and how to refer employees.
