We’re seeking a UX/UI Lead with 7–10 years of experience who can drive user-centered design strategy and execution across multiple products and platforms. You'll mentor junior talent, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape the overall digital experience. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX/UI efforts across multiple projects or platforms Define design strategy aligned with business goals and user needs Guide and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, ensuring quality and consistency Facilitate stakeholder workshops, design reviews, and usability sessions Oversee creation and maintenance of scalable design systems Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and product to align vision and execution Advocate for user-centric design decisions with data and user research insights Promote best practices in accessibility, inclusive design, and emerging tech Integrate AI tools into design workflows for rapid ideation, prototyping, or testing (e.g., Figma AI, Relume, Chat GPT, Genius UI) Requirements 7–10 years of UX/UI design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI work across industries Mastery in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, or other collaborative platforms Demonstrated use of AI tools for design assistance, concept generation, or automation Strong understanding of user research, design thinking, and accessibility standards Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with developers and understanding tech constraints Notice period - Max 20 Days (Only) Location-Chennai (Teynampet) Work Mode- Work from office(5 days)
