Job Title: Network Lead Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 12+ years Immediate joiners or notice period of less than 30 days are needed Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Network Lead to architect, implement, and manage our enterprise and cloud network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in switching, routing, Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers, Cisco Meraki , and Azure networking , along with a strong foundation in Dev Ops practices for automation and monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise LAN/WAN and cloud networks. Configure and manage Layer 2/3 switching and routing (Cisco, HP, Aruba). Administer Cisco Meraki networks including SD-WAN, wireless, and security appliances. Manage Palo Alto firewalls , including policy creation, NAT, and VPN configurations. Maintain load balancers (F5, Azure Load Balancer, or equivalent). Design and implement Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, VPN Gateway, Express Route). Collaborate with Dev Ops methodology to automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or Azure Dev Ops . Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security using tools like Solar Winds, Azure Monitor, or Meraki Dashboard . Lead incident response and root cause analysis for network and security events. Maintain detailed documentation of network architecture, policies, and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: ~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. ~12+ years of experience in enterprise networking and cloud infrastructure. ~ Strong hands-on experience with switching and routing . ~ Proficiency in Cisco Meraki configuration and management. ~ Expert-level knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls . ~ Experience with load balancing technologies (F5, Azure). ~ Experience with Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA). ~ Solid understanding of Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity. ~ Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) and CI/CD pipelines . ~ Scripting skills (Power Shell, Python, or Bash) are a plus. ~ Relevant certifications (e.g., PCNSE, CCNP, Meraki CMNA, Azure Network Engineer Associate) are highly desirable.
