Product Backlog Management: Lead and own the product backlog for service assurance applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Sprint Planning, PI Planning, and backlog refinement sessions, ensuring smooth agile ceremonies. Value Delivery: Ensure and validate value delivery post-project deployments/launches, continuously improving product delivery and agile maturity. Business Requirements Analysis: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, and system solution components. Continuously improve product delivery and agile maturity. Business Analysis: Strong business analyst skills, with experience in stakeholder management and negotiation. SDLC and Agile: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Dev Ops principles. Technical knowledge of current software development, with experience in technologies such as APIs, SQL, GIT, JSON, XML, and Java. Agile Team Experience: Experience working with agile teams in user story splitting, program increment planning, and sprint planning. Telecom Experience: Experience working in telecom, OSS/BSS, or service assurance domains. System Integration: Familiarity with system integration, diagnostics, and inventory federation. Agile Ceremonies: Experience with Agile ceremonies (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models).
